The following is an account of a Nigerian couple who experienced God’s Divine protection and providence at work after ministering the Anointing Water before embarking on their flight. We believe your faith will be lifted up as you read:
“Emmanuel! My wife Mary and I travelled to the United States of America and Canada from mid June to July 3rd 2013. Before our departure, we came to see our father in the Lord Prophet T.B. Joshua where we received the Anointing Water. We each took with us the Anointing Water and ministered it regularly throughout our journey. My wife, in particular, never failed to anoint where we sat in the aircraft as we travelled.
“On our return journey on July 2nd 2013, we transited through Istanbul, Turkey. As we were boarding, we were prompted to do an unusual thing. We anointed ourselves with the Anointing Water outside the door of the aircraft before we even stepped in. My wife then did the same thing she had always done – anoint our sitting position. As the aircraft was taking off, we all noticed that the aircraft began to vibrate heavily. The aircraft obviously lost power as it was climbing. The pilot hurriedly announced that we were returning to the airport.
“We circled around about six times for close to one hour before we were finally able to land safely. There was a lot of panic and pandemonium among the passengers but it was an opportunity for me to take great pictures of the city coastline and sites of interest because we had the assurance that the Spirit of God was with us. Upon landing, we discovered that a bird entered one of the engines as we were taking off. There were fire vehicles and airport officials running everywhere as our aircraft was diverted to an isolated area of the airport.
“For those who have knowledge in aviation, for the engine of an aircraft to stall during takeoff, there is a high likelihood such aircraft could crash. This close call was probably why there was a disturbing silence from the cockpit throughout! We thank God Almighty for His protection and for the prayer of His servant, Prophet TB Joshua. We are forever thankful to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Emmanuel!”
